Shipping & Returns

Shipping
 Our custom made doors are available in 28 days with Round Top Doors in 42-56 days if it requires a pattern. Stock doors can be shipped the same week we get the order. Doors will not be shipped to a residential address. Doors are only sold through authorized distributors.

  Stock products will ship the next day. Sometimes we may be out of stock due to back orders from our suppliers. We will contact you if we cannot complete your order and let you know when it could ship. You may then determine if you want to wait or just cancel the order. Most of our smaller products are shipped UPS and larger item ship via common carrier freight collect unless you specify otherwise. Contact us if you have a specific need or request on custom ordered products.

Returns Policy

 All returns require you to contact us at Beth@wtndoor.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to return products to our factory. This must be done within 15 days of receiving your shipment. An RMA number does not mean you will receive credit, only that you are authorized to return the product to us for inspection to inspect the product. We will contact you concerning the disposition of your return within 5 business days. All product returned to us will have to be returned prepaid. We will not accept any freight collect shipments. Returned products need to be labeled  with the RMA # on the outside of the package and shipped prepaid to: West Tennessee Ornamental Door  1800 Transport Ave. Memphis, TN 38116

Refunds
 Please follow the return policy listed above prior to returning parts to us. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all stock returned parts if returned in a new saleable condition in the original box with all  the parts so we can sell them as new parts. Please contact us to discuss your return. If it is determined that your parts are acceptable and can be resold we will issue you a credit on your account, give you a credit on your credit card or send you a check within 10 business days of receipt of your product.

 Freight Terms- All purchases will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex unless the package is over 120 pounds and then it will have to ship common carrier truck line. Residential shipments will incur a $75 - $95 extra fee on doors. Delivery to special cities or may incur a fee of up to $150 surcharge for going into the city for a delivery even if it is to a commercial address. Please check your delivery for freight damage when the driver is delivering it to you. It is your responsibility to have the driver write on the delivery ticket any noticeable freight damage or if you think there is hidden damage it needs to be written on the shipping ticket “Hidden Damage” or refuse the shipment and have the trucking company take it back to our factory. If you do not note damage on the freight bill then you will not be able to file a freight claim. Call us immediately at 866.790.3667 or 901.346.0662 as soon as you receive the product damaged.

Refused Shipments
 You will be responsible for the freight cost on all refused shipments unless there is freight damage and you have noted it on the drivers shipping documents. If you refuse the shipment because of damage you also need to call our shipping department at 901.346.0662 to notify us of the claim.

Special Orders or Special Fabrication
 All special orders products are not returnable unless we built them incorrectly.

International Shipments
 All International shipments require customs documents and may cause delays at the port of entry. We can work with you to ship to your customs broker or we can ship them through the carrier of your choice. You will be responsible for all the freight, duties and taxes. We will ship freight collect unless it is for small parts and the will ship UPS or Fed Ex whichever is more economical or a carrier you specify if possible.
